I think Alice came WITH Jasper. Either she came second to last or Alice and Jasper came together.
Carlisle 1st,Edward 2nd, Esme 3rd, Rosalie 4th, Emmet 5th, Alice/Jasper 6%26amp;7th, came at the same time so she was the 6th
First is Carlisle.

Then Esme

Then Alice

Then Jasper.

Alice was 6th, she was after Emmet and before Jasper.
her and jasper were the last ones to join, and they joined together

Carlisle was the first. He bit Edward, Esme, then Rosalie. Alice and Jasper found each other then went to Carlisle, and I don't think the books say whether Emmett was found before or after they arrived.
